What’s the story morning coffee? I’ve sat down with couple of friends and foes talking about life, past present, and future. I’ve write down short poetry and stories about some people I’ve met and crossed in my so called lazy, crazy, poignant, fun life…





I’ve created music for different people close to my heart and they never heard of it, except for this one beautiful hearted person, Bords… if ever you read this hun,, yah I sang you a song with a guitar on one of your birthdays…I;ve dedicated tons of songs to some famous people in my life…some of them are being misled of some things they found out, learned, discovered about me, but of course talking it over is the best cure for whatever miasma people carrying inside their head. But for me, music in one of my source of expressing what I feel.. if you can’t say it..sing it..or by creating a music.. guitar. Flute, piano..percussions…humming…or in whatever ways that will help you express it…

Yah, I am aware that women are different from men.. and most women,.. you oftenly find ‘em lost in space.. there’s a lot of wasted friendship, wasted love story because two people or 1 of them doesn’t open their ears, their heart or maybe, it could be.. sometimes I don’t know…and I know that being a woman is not an excuse if you don’t know what to say…now..im being such a woman again… now I don’t know what to say…im just like a flower waiting to bloom…

ok… I wish I could play this music for you soon…with a piano…guitar, flute, percs..…lead us..to walk forward, move on..and don t just be in silence…

Welcome

This is our second newsletter for this year. This has been an extremely busy year for us and the business seems to be booming as the Global Financial Crisesis easing out. As our exports are growing we are becoming more and more an International Business than a local one.

Our Distributor network is also getting moreexperienced and we are also getting more known around the world and our technological differences from competition is getting more understood and appreciated.Specially when it comes to running centralized systems for multi-location businesses or big sites our solution is very effective.

Gumnut is Expanding

We have now moved to new offices in Manila as our staff number has exceeded 15 there and the old office got too small. Our Help desk is running 24/7. We are also setting up local phone numbers in all countries so that clients can call us easily and cheap.

We are now opening an office in Beijing China and it will be fully operational by next month. We are busily translating the web site to Chinese, organizing brochures and the Chinese languages in the software have been completely revised. After China next office will be in India. We are currently advertising for staff there.

New Clients

In Asia we have recently installed Intercontinental Spas in Bangkok and Saigon, Holiday Inn Pattaya and this month we are installing Marriott Manila and Marriott Beijing North West. In UK we are rolling out 44 spas for Esporta group across the country.

They are running on a Central Server. In Australia we have installed Falls Creek Quey West Resort and Lilianfels Blue Mountains. We are currently upgrading all Mirvac Hotels to our latest version and starting rolling out the Spas for the Endota group.

They are also running on a central server and by the end of next year will have about 70 spas. In Asia we have about 10 installations planned in the next 3 months. We also have our first client in Africa!!!! True U spa in Nigeria is being installed now. We now have clients in 5 Continents!!!!!

New features released

We have just released quiet a few very powerful features to our systems. The first one is Web Booking Interface and currently quiet a few clients are modifying their web sites to make use of this powerful feature that will allow their business to be open 24/7. This enables our clients to offer class and treatment bookings, Gift Voucher and Retail sales on their web sites. The next facility is the MYOB Interface. As quiet a lot of small businesses uses this accounting system we are now able to interface all the financial data to it. The third facility is Document management. This will allow businesses to store sensitive documents, images relating to their clients in the client file inside our system securely. All access is controlled and audit logged. Main users of this facility will be more medically oriented companies.

What’s coming next?

The next big thing is the Set and forget marketing. We will be releasing this feature in December. This feature allows our clients to setup a marketing criteria and then setup an email or SMS message then set a date and time to automatically send it. So sending emails to new clients or to all clients periodically will be automated saving a lot of man hours. This function will also be free of charge for emails and if you are sending SMS they need to be bulk purchased.
